FAQs

Short answers to common questions.

Is my work saved if I leave Build?Yes. Autosave flushes when you leave, and a short session snapshot restores your place. What is the difference between Wizard and One Shot?Wizard is tabbed (Layout, Images, Copy). One Shot is a single prompt. Both can continue in Build. Why can Outlook look different?Outlook uses Word’s HTML engine. Rounded corners, background images, and raw HTML can render differently. Can I use custom HTML?Yes, with a Code block. It exports as MJML raw HTML and may not import back. Why did my theme stop changing this block?A manual property edit overrides the theme for that field. Reset the field or the theme category to follow the theme again. How do I export HTML?Use Export HTML in the Burger Menu on the Top Navigation Bar. The file is the compiled, email-safe document: the same path as send. How do credits work?AI credits, exports, and test sends are three separate monthly meters. Canvas edits are free. They reset on the 1st of each month, UTC.How many credits does it take to build an email?Wizard layout is free. Copy and images usually cost a few AI credits. A One Shot first draft is usually more. Canvas edits after that are free.
