Responsive: hide, mobile padding, stack
Responsive controls change the email below 480px: hide a layer, override padding, stack columns, or let images fill the column.
What is responsive layout?
Responsive layout is how the email changes on a phone. The canvas mobile preview uses a 480px breakpoint. You can hide a layer on one breakpoint, tighten padding, stack columns, or let images go fluid.
How to set it
Switch the canvas to mobile to see mobile padding and type sizes. Stack on mobile lives on the section. Hide lives on almost every layer.
| Property | Options | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Hide | Off, mobile, or desktop | Keep a block or row off one breakpoint |
| Mobile padding / type | Overrides visible in mobile preview | Spacing and size on small screens |
| Stack on mobile | Left-to-right or right-to-left | How section columns wrap |
| Fluid on mobile | On/off for images | Fill the column width on phones |
