Image will not upload

Image blocks and Library accept common picture files. A failed upload is usually a file type, size, or sign-in issue.

What is an image upload?

You can add a picture from an Image block in Build or from Library → Image. Uploads go to the media host and then attach to the block or Library.

What to try

  1. Use a JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP. Other formats often fail.
  2. Keep the file reasonably small. Very large originals can time out.
  3. Sign in if you want the picture saved in Library. A signed-out session may still place a picture on the current email, but it will not follow you to another device.
  4. Retry once. A brief network drop fails the request without changing the canvas.

If the picture appears broken on the canvas, open the Image block and confirm the source URL is still there. Replace the file if the host returned an error.
