Test email failed to send
A test send needs a signed-in session, a valid address, and sending configured for this environment.
What is a failed test send?
Send Test Email compiles the current document and delivers it to an address you type. A failure means the request never left, the provider rejected it, or sending is not configured here.
What to try
- Sign in. Tests require an account.
- Open the Email tab and set a subject. Empty subjects still send, but the inbox looks unfinished.
- Enter a real destination address. A mistyped address is the most common 400.
- Wait a minute if you just sent several tests. The route limits how many you can send in a short window.
- If the app says sending is not configured, this environment is missing the provider keys. Contact Support; you cannot fix that from Settings.
The compiled HTML is the same as Preview and Export. If Preview looks wrong, fix the canvas first.
It sent but I cannot see it
- Check spam and promotions.
- Confirm the To address is the inbox you opened.
- Wait a minute; some providers delay the first message from a new sender.
