Sign in and settings

Sign in creates or opens an account so Library emails can sync across devices. Theme (light or dark, and colour) is on Home next to Usage. Settings (in the Burger Menu ) cover the same theme controls, canvas grid, and email delivery defaults such as the from address used for tests.

1. Open /login from the Top Navigation Bar, or Sign in on the marketing page.
2. Enter the email and password for your account, or create one from Sign up.
3. After you land in the app, the status pill in the Top Navigation Bar should show Cloud when sync is available.

Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the login page. You will get a reset link at that email.

1. Open the Burger Menu at the top right of the Top Navigation Bar.
2. Choose Settings.
3. Use Appearance for app theme, light or dark, and canvas grid. Theme is also on Home next to Usage.
4. Use Email delivery for the from address and other send defaults used by Send Test Email.
5. When you are signed in, use Account to delete your account and data.

Delivery defaults apply only when sending is configured for this environment. They do not change exported HTML.

1. Open the Burger Menu at the top right of the Top Navigation Bar.
2. Choose Settings.
3. Open Account.
4. Choose Delete account and data.
5. Type DELETE to confirm.

This permanently removes your account, projects, library items, palettes, settings, and uploaded images. It cannot be undone.

You can also email support@openly.email to request deletion.

Open the Burger Menu and choose Sign out. Signed-out work stays in this browser. Signed-in cloud projects stay on your account.
